Elemental Yoga


A journey inwards through Pranayama, Yoga and Meditation


Our journey will start with breathing exercises which will oxygenate more the brain and the body.
The yoga I teach is Elemental yoga, so we will combine different elements, activating the meridian lines and realising stuck emotions from the body.
After preparing ourselves by: realising emotions, calming the mind and relaxing the body, we will take a step further and end with a powerful healing meditation.
The combination between Hatha based postures, breathing - Pranayama and healing meditation helps you reestablish the connection with the 5 elements: Earth - grounding, Water - flexibility, Fire - energy, Air - lightness and Space - expansion.


The workshops are helping you to bring more balance and awareness into your life. This class is for you if you feel that is time for a change, or if you want to improve the quality of your life.
This class teaches you to observe how the energies of these elements are moving inside and how you can use the qualities of each element to bring your whole system into balance.
This unique combination of breathing, yoga and healing meditation is a powerful and precise way of boosting your immune system.
Everybody can join, experienced or unexperienced persons.


You should bring: a yoga mat, a yoga pillow, a blanket, a bottle of water and comfortable clothes.
