Yoga can become your own inner medicine, when you know how to listen to what the body is telling you.
This class teaches you to observe how the energies of this elements are moving inside and how you can use the qualities of each element to bring your whole system into balance.
In Ayurveda it is believed that the elements and functioning of nature are similar to the elements and functioning of your body.
Please bring yoga mat or similar, a pillow to sit on and a blanket
