A journey inwards through Pranayama, Yoga and Meditation
INTRODUCTION
Our journey will start with
mild breathing exercises which will oxygenate more the brain and the body.
The yoga I teach is Elemental yin yoga, so we will combine different elements,
activating the meridian lines and realising stuck emotions from the body.
After preparing ourselves by: realising emotions, calming the mind and relaxing
the body, we will take a step further and end with a powerful healing
meditation.
The combination between easy Hatha based postures, breathing - Pranayama and
healing meditation helps you reestablish the connection with the 5 elements:
Earth - grounding, Water - flexibility, Fire - energy, Air - lightness and
Space - expansion.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
You should bring: a yoga mat, a yoga pillow, a blanket, a bottle of water and comfortable clothes.
